voluntary name and dignosis list

There is a new list in the files section called the " voluntary name and

diagnosis list " . You may download this file, and then you can add your name to

it, save it on your computer, and upload it to the files section. If you do

this, I ask you to put the date at the end of it, as I have done, with the

month, day and then year so I can delete the previous one, as they might build

up, and storage space is not unlimited. If any one would like to be on this

list, but do not have the capability to do it, just request in a post, and put

your information in the post, and I will be glad to update the list for you.
