Ok, I hope you all don't mind me venting here, but if I dont' vent somewhere, I'm going to explode. I could use some support..but please respond to litlrooh@... if you write, as my mother is reading email on my computer..

Here is how things are at my house...

1. I have a husband who loves me, who treats me well most of the time, but is insensitive to emotion...(runs the other way). We've been married for 12 years, and I am the point where I just can't express emotion much around him unless its happy stuff.

But he is insensitive to timing as well. I don't mind that he tells me I'm overweight, he's not rude, and he doesn't care..he still loves me. But last night when we were just getting into "it"...he says "You did eat alot." He wasn't being mean or derogatory. He had been touching my waist, and said this. Well, He already knows that I'm sensitive to this, but I guess he doesn't understand it. And how stupid can you be to make a comment like that THEN????

Then when I lost my "appetite", he gets upset..totally oblivious to his comment.

2. I have a mother who ignored my needs in favor of her own for many years. Now she wants to analyze every emotion I have...so I don't share them with her either. And her every anxiety drains me..she is stahing with us and its driving me nuts.

Am I crazy, am I expecting too much???
