Guest guest
Lorraine The fill is just perfect for me, just goes to so each of us is so different. I feel exactly like I did immediately after surgery, the terrible hunger has gone thank goodness. The trainer is lovely, he is an ex fatty as well, was 150 kgs now 80 kg, and he is very friendly and understanding. He comes to my house, no mirrors here, mind you he is not the kind to preen. He has spent time working out my trainning schedule as I have now registered for the Taupo Half Marathon in August. I have to do cardio 6 days a week and weights/exercise 3 days a week. This should move the last of the fat off, I still have a reading of 35% body fat. I really want to get it down to 28 - 30%. I started with my coach at lawn bowls yesterday, boy that was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. I am sure that I am going to enjoy it and being able to do all my learning over the winter period here, I will be able to join in the games when they start back in September. I had a really lovely thing happen last night, my dietitian, who I just keep in touch by email with now, invited me to her going away party at one of the city bars. When I walked in, I smiled at her and she smiled back, as I walked towards her I could see she was looking and thinking do I know this person, and then she yelled out, omg, that is you Cheryl! I have lost 35 cms off my waist since I last saw her, I just said, " Kath I am not a telly tubby anymore " I have no teenagers in the house now to wash etc for. Just me. I can remember all too well, the piles of washing, folding ironing etc...yuck. And I remember all the cooking, and how they all ate! How is the new band going Lorraine? Have you been back for your fill yet? All is well and happy in my life Love Cheryl _________________________________________________________________ Need a new job? Guest guest
Cheryl... Just wrote to you... its in yahoo cyberspace or at the FBI. I want to learn lawn bowls. I am having dreadful trouble finding someone to come along with me, as it is always fun to do these things with a mate. But... I am no shrinking violet, so come spring I am going to get lessons anyway. Here at the local at Waitara they have "Barefoot Rolls" on Friday evenings, I will try and drag some of my mates out after the winter months for a night on the grass. Keep me posted how it goes... and I agree, it looks easy but I think it is one of those very technical and difficult things to get right. How bloody fantastic that the dietitian didn't recognise you... LOL !
