Guest guest Posted February 15, 2006 Report Share Posted February 15, 2006 I've read a lot about the Bulgarian system of weightlifting lately and was wondering how those guys make such terrific progress when they do max lifts all day long. Don't these guys need to recuperate from their training? Can anyone tell me if the Bulgarian weightlifting system invented by Ivan Abadjev wich is widely used all over the world in olympic weightlifting today, if this system is also applicable to powerlifting in any way?
