Hey all,I talked about earlier about how I think the adrenal glands are the

source of my problems so I have been focusing on that. That being said I started

taking Vitamin C for the last two weeks with good results. I've been reading the

adrenals cant heal with out it so I started taking high doses of it though out

the day along with my other supplements.

I will keep you guys posted.
