Guest guest
Hello , Have had good results with similar herbs that has mentioned. Another side-effect I have seen is major fluid retention/lymphoedema, for which I have included Galium, Daucus, Calendula etc. Salvia really does help with the sweats. One of my patients found that when she stopped taking Vitamin E, sweats dramatically improved so possible interaction going on there. Also the Tamoxifen seemed to aggravate pre-existing IBS?food intolerance - gluten, which in turn aggravated the fluid retention, so dietary factors helped. As for the weight gain, this can be linked to vastly increased appetite for which I have yet to find a solution...other than maybe lookng at it as insulin resistance and combining a low carb diet with herbs like Galega... As for the Scalp Dermatitis mentioned previously, A nice strong infusion of Rosemary fresh from the garden or dry if need be can be a really good final rinse if you don't happen to have any Rosemary vinegar. And a little Rosemary essential added to a base of sweet almond is good for massaging the scalp, which itself is good for the scalp. A good book which has alternative solutions to everyday cleansing of person & home as well as an expose of problems of OTC products is " Cleaning yourself to Death " by Pat ISBN: 0-7171-3162-9 All the best, Noreen
