Guest guest Posted May 26, 2006 Report Share Posted May 26, 2006 Hi everyone, I have been told that if you are wanting to shift weight in a hurry, avoid the Optifast Bars as they have more calories in them. So here it goes - one week of full on Optifast shakes, plus vegies and tons of water and EXERCISE! If you hear me complaining again, just tell me to shut up as it is only for a week.
