Guest guest
If you think the Bulgarians are going to tell the world ALL of their training secrets including their supplementation, you are out of your mind, respectfully. From those that have traveled to Bulgaria or have communicated with their personnel, even though they are able to talk with their athletes and coaches or watch training, they really never get to see or hear the whole story. To be sure their training has changed a little over the years- near max loads nearly all the time; more classical lifts as opposed to pulls or jerks; little if any back squatting and inclusion of one legged movements. But the surprise is their ablility to handle heavy loads repeatedly with less rest than most are accustomed to and with no mental hesitancy. Of course this is a summary and relayed from friends who have visited. Bob Alejo Santa Barbara, Ca > > > What kinds of " ergogenic aids " do the Bulgarians use to simulate competition time? What do they take during their regular training so they can lift strongly and similarly to the effects the competitive environment provides for them? > > Do they use the famous tribulus terrestris herb that contains protodioscin? Or, are there other ergogenic aids or herbs involved? > > I will look forward to members responses. > > Sincerely, > > Heinze > Rice Lake, WI >
