Hi We are in Birmingham, Dr Fells seen twice, great guy. We got the referal at the start of the year though I know of one other person in the west midlands who also got refused and another in Birmingham whos lad got scoped and Dr Fell found a load of things wrong which he is treating. I don t have much experience with being refused out of town treatments but PALS is one place you could ask about. You could try making a complaint. You could complain to the primary health care trust. Our lad like many had major bowel problems. We did nizarol, vancromycin and HBOT and he went from 1 poo a week to one and two a day. But the constipation still comes back from time to time but only misses on or two days. Dr Fell did not want to scope our lad as he had no constipation by the time we seen him he did give good advice though. He did say constipation is harder to treat than diareah. He did say one avenue was if (my son) constipation got really bad he could perform surgery and put a tube in his bowel conected to his belly which we could put enemas in. This sounded quite scarry but I know another womens child who had it done and it works. We also spoke to Dr Krigsman he also said constipation is hard to treat and he gets alot more success with the diareha kids. If you have high clostridia markers and yeast markers on your organix and have tried pro biotics, natural yeast attackers, nystatin you could try the stronger stuff we used. Oxypowder did nothing for our lad. Co enzyme 10 and carnitine I think also help. Dr Rossignol told us constipation can be a mitrocondrial problem.

sorry cant be of any more help.
