Yeah : You are doing great. I love bread also but I TRY not to eat too much of it. When I do I eat flax and fiber bread mostly.

I like rice cakes also. I have to get the lightly salted though and they are not as good as the salty ones. However, I am slowly learning to cut way back on my salt. When I do use salt I use salt sense which is lower in sodium than regular salt.

I went to my TOPS meeting yesterday and I have finally managed to lose some more weight. I was down 4 pounds for the week. I am just starting to follow the South Beach Diet.. so far I am starving to death and I WANT bread!! LOL But I am surviving!!!
