Guest guest Posted June 4, 2006 Report Share Posted June 4, 2006 Yeah : You are doing great. I love bread also but I TRY not to eat too much of it. When I do I eat flax and fiber bread mostly. I like rice cakes also. I have to get the lightly salted though and they are not as good as the salty ones. However, I am slowly learning to cut way back on my salt. When I do use salt I use salt sense which is lower in sodium than regular salt. Keep up the good work. Shirley from Southern Illinois ... That's great news !! Keep up the good work.
