Guest guest Posted October 29, 1999 Report Share Posted October 29, 1999 Well, I've completed 5 days in a row with 16 to go...I'm starting to feel really " tired " as Sandy had described, but I feel so good when I'm finished. Also, I've figured out that I'm less pooped when I remember to breathe. Breathing is very important...lol My husband joined me in my workout the other day and he couldn't finish.
