CONFERENCE TOPICS You are invited to submit abstracts, presenting new development in the following categories: Renewable and green energy systems Biomass, wind and solar energy resources and technologies  Alternative energy technologies and sources  Fuel cells and hydrogen energy Energy storage technologiesAdvanced Energy Systems Advanced power generation, transmission and automation  Distributed energy systems Polygeneration systems  Energy efficiency and management Energy process and system modeling and optimization  Combined heat and power technologiesEnergy, Environment and Sustainability Climate change mitigation technologies Pollutant emission control and abatement Energy and sustainable development Energy policy, economics, and planning Energy security and risk assessment Environmental impacts of energy systemsEnergy Conservation in Building Sustainable buildings Green roof Green buildings  Heat pump HVAC and natural ventilation Energy auditAbstracts should describe original and unpublished work. The abstract should be less than 400 words and it must clearly state the objective, key findings and conclusion of the work. Key references (limited to 5) may be included in the abstract as well. Authors must designate one to two appropriate categories for abstract review. All submissions must be in English and should be made as email attachment to the conference secretariat (icae09@...). The required file format is pdf or MS Word in one single file for each submission.The abstracts must be received by 30 April 2008. Authors must include their affiliation, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address. Authors will be notified of Abstract Acceptance and Full Paper Instruction by 1 June 2008. Full paper submission is due by 31 August 2008. All accepted papers with registration will be published in the conference proceedings.
