Guest guest
I have had several jobs in the past years where we go in for say a clearance, or an investigation, and everything is low - However there is 1 spore of stachybotrys. I have heard arguments on both sides. I treat it as a marker spore, but I want to see it in some quantity, say more than 50 /m3. I also also have run into another debate. Negative air before a clearance. Personally I like to see the neg air system shut down and covered. If it is in scrub mode, I won't balk. What is your feeling? Do you require neg air be running? Will you fail them if theychange it to scrub for a clearance? Do you fail for 1 spore of stachy if it isn't noted in the controls?
