meld and the list

Can someone explains how this works? I know I have seen it and didn't

file it in my overloaded brain.

What I want to know is how the meld score relates to placement on the

list? I have read the UNOS allocation page online. I believe that you

are listed with one MELD score and it stays at that score unless you

miss a blood test for awhile…. If the meld goes down you are still

listed at the original number and if it goes up it goes up on the

list. Is that correct? I know there are other factors but I am only

curious about this.

I would also think that every so often it would get recalculated. Do

you have a reference that I can read or clarify this for me?

his or her word. I already know mine because she was Ardis' first. She is told

Sharon that once I am on the list all of her services will be available to us.
