IMHO, the key would be for the boxers ability to recuperate after every succeeding combination punching within each round. If he can do that then dodging and weaving will be very easy for him and his hands will stay up high as the fight goes on. Something I like doing my 1 of my boxers on the bag is a 30/30 split.30 seconds all out punching fallowed by 30 seconds easy punching for 3 minutes times x number of rounds. I also like a 10/20 split on the bag.10 seconds ballistic punching fallowed by 20 seconds no punching at all and over again for 3 minutes times x number of rounds. Judging by his results it is working for him. TERRY MAVROUDIS Montreal, Canada.
