(OT) Insurance to cover damage by your child

Can anyone advise on this please? H is throwing stones at the

neighbours' windows when my back is turned. While I may not be legally

liable for his damage I don't want irate neighbours and would feel

obliged to pay up if he broke their windows. Is there insurance

available to cover this risk?
