>somebody asked why she was discussing something in e-mail that was

not Tae Bo related. I think she was looking for support, just as I was for

my weight gain/depression dilemma, and Janou was with pregnancy questions.

(Note: These are just a few examples, not meaning to single anybody out.)

I, for one, am fine with 's request for support or anybody else's for

that matter. However, if that's not what this e-group is for, I understand

that as well.

--------------------------------

Although this mailing list was originally conceived in relation to Tae-Bo

and fitness, I personally prefer not to be extremely strict about it.

Since Tae-Bo is not strictly *just* a fitness program but actually goes

beyond that to affect our outlook/perspective in life, and since we have

bonded with each other to a point that we share in each other's joys and

sorrows, it is oftentimes difficult to limit the discussion to just

fitness/Tae-Bo. I think the occasional digression is okay *for as long as*

we don't let those non-Tae-Bo/fitness related threads get out of hand (as

in long-winded threads or something). We also have a daily message limit to

consider.

So again, let me reiterate the guidelines which

were posted previously:

If it's a message about Tae-Bo/fitness/personal struggles in getting

fit/motivation/support, etc. , I'm sure everyone could relate to that.

If it's something that's kinda private or personal, perhaps we could send

a message/reply privately to the people involved, to decongest the list and

keep the digests short.

If it's something in the gray zone (a private message or non-taebo related

message but which you *think* others will appreciate receiving, or could

relate to), kindly use your discretion. I think we are all mature adults

and we can police our own ranks ourselves.
