Guest guest
Congratulations! They will probably realize you're one of the few people who knows what you are doing in the long run. About endurance, some will come back if you just torture your body enough. There are also real herbal energizers. A decent health food shop may be able to show you some that do work & don't have bad or worthless drugs. The less desirable drugs are any type of adrenaline (exc. adrenal gland substance, which is good. Even the bad ones are not that bad. Primatene Tablets are basically adrenaline, & you better tell the pharmacist " asthma, " but they work with possible edginess. Dong Quai & Ma Huang ar oriental natural adrenals, and work the same. There are some good, balanced herbal blends with less radical ingredients. Most of them use some gin seng, which is by itself a decent compromise. Mega Energy (Sundown Vits., US) is something I take that helps & seems to have no bad effects at all. Just watch the taking pills at new job. Best of luck, Ken At 09:22 AM 12/5/98 +1100, you wrote: ~ ~ ~Hi, :-) ~ ~Minor News... I Got a job !! :-) ~Pretty good one too. Guest guest
Hi, :-) > GReat News............... Hope it evolves into more time. > Kathleen I hope so too. I just hope I get work closer to the city. But I am feeling a lot better than I was. This is the first time since May this year that I can recall where I had a week and a half of feeling happy. Not pain free happy, but feeling good about making progress... however illusory, at least the feeling is here now. The only difficult parts are fatigue, my reaction to severe weather changes ( my joints predicting those ), and the reaction of some friends to how I am time wise. I mean that during the week, my available time has been cut down. If I go past 12 hours a day doing the regular work day, and travelling, I pay big time. So I had to cut out some activities. Some activities I deliberately include for their " buzz " value, like Friday night when I went to see the Video night, and as an additional high saw Bruce Kulick and was about 3-4 feet from him ( that does not mean much if you are not a KISS fan, but I got a real high about it ). However, at the video night, I was not very flexible in the joints and muscles, so I sat in a place where I got the best view of everything. One guy basically indicated that I was the social equivalent of a Garden gnome statue, but I enjoyed myself. Right at this very moment, I am trying to deal with a weather change ... inside the flat it is cooking from three days of hot weather and outside is cool. I have the door open trying to get the air cool inside. The pain levels today, yesterday ??. have been through the roof for me, but I think this last week I managed all events okay. The main thing as far as I can see is a balance, and I have to find the right balance for me with activities. And work like as best as I can to get the income I need, and the ability to outlay for costs as best I can. And if you want a game that is intellectually interesting but not too draining, try the Microsoft AGES OF EMPIRE demo... I found that quite relaxing tonight. . ****************************************** Milton | PH: 61-3-95104017 |santeri@... | MOBILE: 0407 841 426 ----------------------------------------------------------- http://www.eisa.net.au/~santeri " ...Turn around...LOOK!!
