Doing fine, since I stopped doing the kicks. Still a little soreness at night or if I'm really tired (like after yesterday's marathon shopping trip). But the constant pain isn't there anymore. >who hopefully assumes it is somewhat less aggravated It's a *lot* less aggravated. And I'm still getting a very good workout even without the kicks. I don't feel any pain at all in my back when I'm working out, and no pain afterwards like I used to have. I'm going to give it a lot of time, though.
