The pain comes and goes but is mostly in the sacro-iliac region on both sides.

The pain shifts from one side to another. It's not too bad today. Some days are

much worse than others. And yes, the nerves are being irritated.

I've heard about the new artificial discs. I'll see what the spine specialist

has to say when I go see him.

Medical wonder...yes, there's just too much medical stuff going on at once.

Oh, how I hate getting old...

They do have something now where they can replace the disk in

the back with some other material instead of fusing the vertebrae

together. They also have material that they can inject into the

area to hold the vertebrae apart.
