Guest guest
Hey all, I lost 2 pounds and my hubby is rewarding me with a new tape. I know I have asked this before but which AL should I get? I have 3. I don't particularly like floor work, but if there is good music I think I could handle it. Could someone give me a run down of the AL1,2 and 4? Which has floor work, which is hardest, etc. Thanks a lot!!

Guest guest
My personal favorite is AL2. It is very aerobic. It is also the hardest because there are no breaks, no stretching at the end, and the floor work is very intense (almost as much as Studio advanced). But, the music and energy level are so great. No matter how tired or unfocused I am, when I put on that tape I perform at my best. AL4 is easier in that there is no floor work. There are a lot of new fun moves and good music. Because does fewer repetitions of each move, I am less sore afterwards. AL1 is a favorite of a lot of people. It also is upbeat and has good music. The floor work is shorter than the Studio advanced and AL2. There is a long break about 2/3 of the way through. I think this tape has the best stretching at the end. I consider AL1 and AL3 (and AL4 to a lesser extent) my " balancing " tapes because they have killer balancing moves (AL3 has the most, but AL2's come near the end when you are beat). AL2 has the least number of balancing moves. I choose that one when I am tired. I hope this helps. Agaw12577@... wrote: > > Hey all, > I lost 2 pounds and my hubby is rewarding me with a new tape.
