For example, if someone is able to do a vertical press exercise such as the bench press at 200 lbs max, should they be able to do a vertical pull exercise such as the bent row at 150lbs max? Is there a guideline created for these situations for the rest of the body's muscle groups; ie. lower body to upper body?
