Guest guest
Been looking through the LOD site and Vit K and have some questions I would rather put here. Where to begin? Firstly on LOD I noticed under their files that they don't advise Vit K supplementing unless proven need, they mention coagulation problems, this is a bit of a concern as I am border line APS and full APS whilst pregnant with , also my father was lifelong Warfarin, should I have a test done for this or is it depending on the day it's done? Secondly they report some problems with Glycine which definitely has, was crazy on Glycine supp and I have now stopped mag glyc for this reason. Also stopped Milk Thistle as apparently very high oxolate!! This was a new thing for him so may account for the massive rages we have been seeing lately. They also say Glycine problem could indicate endogenous problem??? Whaat? Is he producing oxolates himself internally? What to do about that? Would Vit K solve that problem? Think I read fish oil being a problem with oxalate, again cannot tolerate fish oil, so what happens about CLO? Vit C is also off limits as apparently makes oxalate problem worse, this is a supp we had to withdraw very quickly as he was wild on Vit C, does this also mean that foods otherwise good ie fruit or high Vit C would be just as bad? Is the answer to do both LOD and Vit K? LOD reccomend taking calcium before meals, but calcium is a nightmare for and Vit K list advise against calcium supplementing. Can I cherry pick what suits here? I really think this issue is key for , the whole calcium and oxalate tied in with antibiotic damage, could account for all the see- sawing improvements and regressions, but not sure how to proceed. Any thoughts anyone? has also been complaining of voices returning big time, he was also taking the Milk Thistle, so could be an issue for him also.
