LDM-100 expiration

Hi!

I am stocking up on treatments that I want to do in the next year (before we leave the US at Christmas and shipping will be much more to the UK).

One of them is LDM-100.

I was wondering whether there is an expiration date on the bottles and how many bottles I should buy.

Also, I see all these reports about rashes that come and go, but how long are people using it, if everything goes well and you don;t have to stop due to the severity of issues? Do you do "rounds" with breaks in between?

Thanks,

Christiane

from pe who have been using it longer: approx 1-2 months on and then a 1

month break... adjusted according to individuals. as you progress breaks

can be longer apparently...

some people need to stay on for more than 1-2 months, or can only have

shorter breaks in the beginning.

>>I can't see an expiry date so I am going to contact the company and ask, will let you know. They do harvest the roots once per year I am told, this is harvest time now
