Pycnogenol should be started slowly, I think the nutricentre do a 40mg dose. We started slow

because I know Eleanor used to be very toxic, so I didn't want it to work too fast. I think mandimart's

dose is about 100mg. I don't know what it tastes like, we just give the capsule.
