These studies are so confusing

In todays Daily Mail there is a report linking high Omega 6 with

Alzheimers, last night researching OCD, Schizophrenia and Pyroluria

they say Omega 6 should be supplemented by itself without 3.

The study in the newspaper appears to be saying the high 6 could be

responsible for memory problems common in Alzheimers.

Damned if I do and damned if I don't.

It's like every study has another one saying the opposite, but I have

often noticed has a memory not a million miles from someone

with early stage Alzheimers and he has tested at below zero for working

memory!
