Guest guest Posted March 18, 2007 Report Share Posted March 18, 2007 I do have problems with my weight I am 49 years old and eat less then I ever had but I don't get the exercise I should due to my health problems. My biggest problem which I've had is not being able to sleep I am also unable to go to sleep I toss and turn then when I finally do go to sleep 3-4 hours later I wake up every hour or so and it takes a while to go to sleep again.When I wake up I feel more tired then I went to bed the night before. I was put on a sleep med. which has helped me very much the last year or so of course just recently I have seen bad reports on it " I will have to take my chances " I think it is the best thing that has happened to me in my life of course we all are different.
