need help with meatloaf recipe

I recently moved and have not found my NN cookbook in storage yet

(even though it was supposedly put it in a box I would have immediate

access to!) I need the ingredients, and particularly the amounts, for

the meatloaf. I've attempted it 2x on my own but know I am forgetting

more each time. If someone would be kind enough to post it I would be

extremely grateful as my mother is coming to visit tomorrow for

several days and I do not have much repetoire for meal planning.
