Guest guest
Hi, My life is going to become a bit more complicated around Xmas time as I'll be a 1st time father. My gf will still have 5 yrs of school before she's where she wants to be, which will mean I might not be able to cross town to the gym after work on a regular enough basis. I want to be prepared though and thought I could put together a decent home gym just in case. My basement ceiling is too low for any power cage I found to fit under so I guess that leaves me with kettleballs? I prefer to work with barbells and dumbells but if I have to do kettleball work inbetween the days I can make the gym it will still do the trick right? Who has the best book illustrating the proper technique with kettleballs? How many different weights would I need? In addition to that all I would need is an adjustable bench, right? Thanks, Matt Kahl Milwaukee, WI
