My DD will drink neither. I don't think it's the taste. I think it's that both products have a carbonated feel to them....BonnieOn 4/29/07,

The kirkman's mag citrate has only a mildly tart taste when added to

water, it tastes like you are drinking something sour/tart. I would

try that one first... particularly over the " red " mag citrate-- my

guess is that it has artificial coloring in it, which you don't

really need.

The chewable M.O.M. would be my next choice, and then I don't know

about the ionic oz stuff... if it's the same as the Water Oz

products, it's probably fine.

A few of us in the group have had some positive effects from omega 3. I think that's the only supplement that's been successful for more than one person here (I could be wrong on that).

My latest wild goose chase is trying the P5P form of B-6, which is supposed to be easier to absorb. I don't know if it's the B-6, but my 4s reactions seem less severe lately, and I don't obsess about noise as much as usual.

Well, whatever is making it better for you, I hope it keeps working. You guys need some sort of relief.
