Guest guest
The kirkman's mag citrate has only a mildly tart taste when added to juices... it is not unpleasant at all with a juice. With plain water, it tastes like you are drinking something sour/tart. I would try that one first... particularly over the " red " mag citrate-- my guess is that it has artificial coloring in it, which you don't really need. The chewable M.O.M. would be my next choice, and then I don't know about the ionic oz stuff... if it's the same as the Water Oz products, it's probably fine. > > Bonnie's post got me thinking so I decided to ask everyone. Guest guest
Water OZ is what I meant by ion oz stuff. Ahhh...imagining that irresistible "new car" smell? Check out new cars at Yahoo! Autos.
Guest guest
A few of us in the group have had some positive effects from omega 3. I think that's the only supplement that's been successful for more than one person here (I could be wrong on that). My latest wild goose chase is trying the P5P form of B-6, which is supposed to be easier to absorb. I don't know if it's the B-6, but my 4s reactions seem less severe lately, and I don't obsess about noise as much as usual.
Guest guest
I tried taking magnesium (for weight loss) and it definitly did not help my 4s. Oddly enough I also read it helps teeth grinding and whereas I was not grinding my teeth it actually made me start gnashing my teeth. Weird. However, as long as you don't take toxic levels, it can't hurt to try. It's not expensive :-)
