Guest guest Posted December 4, 1999 Report Share Posted December 4, 1999 Is anyone working-out 6 hours a week with Tae Bo and seeing weight loss? I have been trying to figure out why I have plateaued over 2 months , almost 3 now after a nice steady loss of one pound a week for almost 4 months and keep coming back to the same conclusion that I increased my daily Tae Bo too much when switching to mostly daily Advanced work-outs. I really do not think it is my eating cuz I eat well and healthy and steadily without skipping meals or binging Barb who is considering doing just one Basic or half an Advanced daily 5 times a week while adding in Chi daily and upper body weight training on every other day Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
