Guest guest
Like Bolinda, I am sick today with a fever and all. So, I won't be spending to much time on the board or exercising today. The good news is I missed the office party so I didn't get a chance to binge. Hopefully, tomorrow I'll be back in every way. I don't know how those of you with children handle life when you are sick. It is one thing to put a plate of cat food on the floor, but to take care of a family? Wow. Elena

Mine has shamed me away from using the scale. I guess it was because I would step onto it each time I walked into the bathroom, because he is doing it now! When he see's me headed that way he rushes ahead and sits on the thing! And he stays on it until I am finished doing whatever it is I went in there for in the first place. -who will pay him back by doubling his favorite treats and watch his weight rise..lol..not really, I love the beast. Second, on taking care of children when you're sick, you just do it. It's kind of like Tae-Bo when you don't feel like doing it one day, but unlike Tae-Bo, the kids will let you know it if you don't take care of them. Mine are very good to me though and ask for minimal attention when I'm sick. I have a dear hubby who will even take off work if I'm particularly under the weather. My problem with being sick is I am very slow into getting back to my Tae-Bo workouts. That's what threw a wrench in my plans the last time. I get kind of used to the little bit of extra time from not working out and not having to shower afterward, etc. I have to work it really hard to get back to Tae-Bo after being sick. That's why I have to be really under the weather to quit working out! N
