No news from me, I didn't get a human when I called, but left a message. Aubin __________________________________________________

Guest guest
The best yeast is Frontier. Twin Labs contains MSG. Sally
Guest guest
Preparation methods for nutritional yeast: * Mix into dark (sourdough!) bread recipes... * Mix into dark savory gravies, soups, spreads, etc * Check vegan recipe sites for faux cheese sauces using nutritional yeast as the basis; they would tend to use it on pasta, but you can use it in a variety of ways... * Mix with ground meat for recipes (this also works for liver if you don't like the taste of liver on its own) Keep in mind that the flavor of nutritional yeast pairs well with the following flavors (these are just a few to get you going): Garlic, rosemary, beer, many cheeses, " toasty " grain flavors, beef, etc. I don't think it pairs very well with fruit, but the intensity of flavor in many smoothie recipes can hide moderate amounts of yeast as well. > I purchased Brewer's Yeast for the first time today to ensure I am > getting enough B vitamins and trace minerals.
