Liver Cells Go Into Space

In case no one knows, a company called HepaLife is pioneering the

first ever bio-artificial liver device. NASA included it's patented

cells on its last trip into space to study. This may be an important

step and bring closer a realization of a device similar to kidney

dialysis but for liver patients. I honestly think we are only about

10 years away from a competent liver dialysis machine.
