Like the location and contact info for the dairy itself? I called my closest Trader Joes and they knew nothing about it, but if I could get in touch with the dairy maybe I could get the hfs in the nearest town to carry it, or at least the co-op that's an hour away. Please, please, please, any additional info would be greatly appreciated! Aubin __________________________________________________

Guest guest
How safe is that stuff nowadays? I knew a guy decades ago that got undulent fever and was very sick for a long time, from some unpasteurized milk. I am sort of hoping to see some irradiated milk hit the shelves, that would be the best of all worlds, never cooked but disease free. Max > >I'm in S. Guest guest
Hi Max - Rather than try to answer your concerns in detail, I'd just say that sources of foods are always an important topic to me. I prefer fresh, natural, unadulterated foods and I like to get to know the sources well enough to have confidence in the high quality I demand. Either by irradiation or pasteurization any food's ability to pass on life-giving qualities is enormously reduced or entirely lacking. Or more often the food then becomes disease-prone and/or poison (either slow or fast) to whatever eats it. I think the Raw Milk web site can explain far better than I: http://www.rawmilk.org/ Regards, -=mark=- At 12:42 AM 1/12/02 +0000, you wrote: >How safe is that stuff nowadays?
