I found a great source for raw, unheated honey. The bees are fed their own

honey in the winter. Prices are awesome. (5 pounds for $12 first order, $16

after that).

Here is the response I received from my inquiry about processing and bee food:

Good to hear from you. We extract our Apitherapy honey, and bottle it out of the

stainless steel tank the next day or so. Zero heat and zero filtering are used.

This, and the northern flowers, make it so special. The bees fill up three boxes

of honey for the winter, and thus we do not need to feed them sugar or corn

syrup.

I have personally bought my honey for the past year from Honey Gardens.

Wonderful honey and it's just beautiful!! You can buy in larger quantities

also. Honey does not spoil so no problem ordering in large amounts.
