emotional vent

Hi all! As I wrote yesterday Charlie is having

seizures. I am having a very hard time with this. We

knew it would happen sometime. I just don't understand

why it is hitting me so hard. After he has a seizure I

find myself out of sorts and disorganized. It is

almost as if I were having the seizure. Then I cry for

30 min. and am sort of ok. I can only pray that like

everything else in the past year I will just learn to

cope. I guess I just hope I am not crazy and others

know how I feel. Thanks for being here.

I know just how you feel. Sometimes my son would have 9 seizures

in eight hours. That may not be much but it sure is frustrating.

Some days are good and some are rough.

I do believe it is normal to have these feelings. It's ok to cry.

Many people have told me (for comfort) God has given you a gift to

take care of your son. Some days I don't need to hear that, other

days it ok. Some folks just don't know.
