Guest guest
hi - I think my son may have inherited my inability to function when hte sun goes in. I've increased his D3, he seems to really want authia cream (not sure why that would help but he had a blob of it this morning) - waht else can I use for him? I take St 's Wort but it makes your skin more photo sensitive and I@m not keen to introduce an entirely new thing for Tom or give him any new irritation. Might 5HTP help? He can't get up in teh morning and clearly feels like death until about 10am. Or we could move to Florida! But it's a long commute to NOttingham so something nearer home would be more practical Steph x
Guest guest
Tom is also low in cholestoral. We've just started supplementing it. So that might help the D3 to work better. Hmm, should we give them at the same time do you think? and yes FAR TMI!! Lol Steph x > > Steph, > > Do you think he is absorbing the D3? Guest guest
, Try both ways....Vitamin C & carnitine just before, say 20 minutes and then for a time, both together. I think low cholesterol could mean he's not absorbing fats. Cholesterol is a CONFUSING subject! stephaniesirr schrieb: > > Tom is also low in cholestoral. We've just started supplementing > it.
