Lovely title I know. I've got a low side of normal NHS tested thyroid

and seem to have many of the symptoms of adrenal fatigue. Have been

taken the above for 1 week and just been to an exercise class (first

time in couple of years) and for the first time ever I have got

sweaty. Is this due to AC ? Does anyone know ?

Off to have a shower....

P.S. been on it too and noticably calmer.
