Glad to hear it isn't just my age stopping me from doing the work-outs

without breaking a sweat. Remember too, that even the professionals aren't

doing these work-outs as perfectly as we see them cuz they have been edited.

who when doing BL3 the first time thought it too short and easy but has

learned a respect for even that one each time I have done it.

I agree with you completely. The last 3 days I did AL4, the tape that I

previously thought was easy because it didn't have floor work, because I

was determined to do the balancing moves better. Each time, by the time

I got to the balancing moves, I was wiped out. Last week I went back to

the studio advanced and it killed me with all the squats, machine gun

kicks, and LONG hard floor work. I guess this means that

succeeded in making tapes that, if you keep your focus and give it your

all, will always challenge you.
