Remember too, that even the professionals aren't doing these work-outs as perfectly as we see them cuz they have been edited. Barb who when doing BL3 the first time thought it too short and easy but has learned a respect for even that one each time I have done it. I agree with you completely. The last 3 days I did AL4, the tape that I previously thought was easy because it didn't have floor work, because I was determined to do the balancing moves better. Each time, by the time I got to the balancing moves, I was wiped out. Last week I went back to the studio advanced and it killed me with all the squats, machine gun kicks, and LONG hard floor work.
