Hi , Kathy ,

Do you know how Heidi and Audrey are doing ???? I was just thinking of them both two weeks ago when I was visiting a friend who lost a child recently. Actually I think of Davy a lot still. That hit hard.

It is with sadness and joy to inform you that our stillborn son, Jack

, was born on Wednesday 11/19 at 5:46 am. He weighed 1.94 lbs. and

was 11 3/4 inches long. He is named after my late father Jack, whose

birthday was on 11/18, and St. .

We appreciate all of your prayers and support over the last couple of

days. We are truly blessed to have such wonderful family and friends!

Your prayers have been felt and we are so thankful to have had the

opportunity to spend time holding Jack before we lay him to rest.

It is a comfort to know that we were able to baptize him and he is with

our Heavenly Father.

He will be buried today, Thursday, in the cemetery behind St. 's of

Pine Bluff Catholic Church. We are having a graveside Christian burial

for him at 4 pm.

We are so grateful for all of your love and support.

see the beauty of its parents’ face—it will not see the beauty of Your

short time so the image of his parents imprinted on his face may stand

before Me as their personal intercessor. He knows secrets of heaven

unknown to men on earth. He laughs with a special joy that only the

innocent possess. My ways are not the ways of man. I create for My

Kingdom and each creature fills a place in that Kingdom that could not

be filled by another. He was created for My joy and his parents’ merits.

He has never seen pain or sin. He has never felt hunger or pain. I

breathed a soul into a seed, made it grow and called it forth.â€

I am humbled before you, my Lord, for questioning Your wisdom, goodness,

and love. I speak as a fool—forgive me. I acknowledge Your sovereign

rights over life and death. I thank You for the life that began for so
