Guest guest
I just learned that rice, when being cooked, secretes a substance that promotes constipation. The substance can be rinsed out. The water from cooking rice is used for diarrhea in some places. I thought some of you might find this useful. Guest guest
Is there a source available with more information on this? Can the same objective be achieved if the water volume were doubled and the rice simply strained after cooking? - (jembrother@...) --- Roman <r_rom@...> wrote: " ...
