I would be interested if Buckley could tell us if he saw any positive effects in people with DS in India due to consumption of dishes with turmeric. They say that the incidence of AD either was or is low and that it may be partly due to turmeric. Many things affect neurogenesis; for example, lack of sleep can decrease it. About anything that good for the body is good for the brain. Also, eliminating bad fats from the diet. adding good fats and also the products from Body Bio can make a big difference.
