Q: What is the incidence of dural ectasia? What are the symptoms?

A: Less than 20 percent of people with Marfan syndrome experience serious

dural ectasia. The symptoms are a burning pain in the legs and lower back

pain (near the tail bone). There is no satisfactory treatment.

found something that helps...sounds like my pain areas and the type of pain

I have, plus I found a MRI site that says " case of dural ectasia with cauda

equina syndrome. " So....
