Guest guest
Just after a sample of what anyone here eats who does alot of exercise adn the results they have gotten. I for one on( on my previous post listed a usualy day of food ) am feelign so much better smothering stuff in butter and eating really really thick cream when i have fruit. Like for dinner tongiht had a swag of pan fried vegetable and i must have put 50g of butter with it i reckon. ( also had lamb ) what i have noticed recently is better cardio and i sweat alot now where earlier my body stayed annoyingly dry and i always got very hot. Guest guest
Generally, my exercise looks like yoga a couple of times a week and a fair amount of running (ultimate frisbee and some training). And, when I go backpacking I take real food. (has the nice advantage that it preserves wonderfully) I generally find that I have better endurance (for backpacking and running forever) but not as good speed. This makes sense, as fast twitch muscles consumes lots of glycogen.
