Guest guest
Hi there!I went to a few hypnotherapy sessions and, this is completely personal, it may be different for other people, but I didn't feel any changes at all. I felt a little more relaxed sometimes, but my reaction to sounds was always the same. It could be because of how analytical I am; with every hypnosis session I could understand exactly what the man was trying to do with absolutely everything he put in my head, and that could have been my problem. But it may be worth a try for you. It just... didn't do anything for me. xD'Subject: hypnotherapyTo: Soundsensitivity Date: Tuesday, December 2, 2008, 7:15 PM Hi group! I'm new here. I was wondering if anyone has had any success with hypnotherapy and 4S? I have not tried it but was wondering if hypnotic suggestion would help to alleviate some of the frustration and reaction to soft sounds. Guest guest
Hi,I went to a few hypnotherapy sessions also and it didn't do anything to change my reactions to the sounds. I was greatly disappointed since I had a great deal of hope it would make an impact. I don't think that I ever managed to "go under." Everyone is different, I don't think it hurts.andraTo: Soundsensitivity Sent: Wednesday, December 3, 2008 1:33:47 PMSubject: Re: hypnotherapy Hi there!I went to a few hypnotherapy sessions and, this is completely personal, it may be different for other people, but I didn't feel any changes at all.
