Mixing topamax and clonazapam could cause Isaac to be more flaccid (floppy). Doesn't mean it will, but it is possible. Hi All, Just to add my 0.02 worth. Hannah takes both topamax and clonazepam, as well as lamictal, and there was no increase in floppiness for her whenever a new drug or combination of drugs was tried. Perhaps she is just one of the fortunate ones (so far). Who knows what the future will bring. Sodium valproate (marketed here as " Epilim " ) caused severe drowsiness in Hannah. Speaking of sodium valproate, is it called depakene in some places? Just trying to make more sense of some of the drug names I hear on these lists. in Melbourne, Australia (mum to Hannah, 3yo; polymicrogyria, epilepsy, Spastic quad.cp, cortical vision impairment, dev. delay, bard button, and a brilliant smile)
