systematic desensitization

Hi, My name is , I'm 20 Years old and have been living with

this condition for more than half of my life.

I've tried different methods and alternatives trying to solve my

noise issues but have had no luck.

I've had hearing tests done, been on medication but in the end,

nothing has really worked long term.

I am a fan of Dr. Phil and have been looking into systematic

desensitization and have seen great success in that and am wondering

if anyone has tried this?

I have seen this work for a plethora of people via doctor phil and

I'm really interested in knowing if this technique could have a

positive impact on 4s.

We should write Dr. Phil a letter and see what he can do for us! lol
