My daughter had an MRI which showed nothing. She also had an EEG which showed high alpha waves. She did 25 treatments of neurofeedback to "calm" these waves down and increase beta waves. She said she felt more calm after all the treatments, but she still has 4s pretty badly.

Seems a few here have gone look for irregularities in the brain, buthave come up empty handed.I going to go see one and wanted to get feedback from all of you onwhat specifically they need to look for. Are there any specific testsI should have them do?Thanks.

I've done the eeg feedback as well. It didn't really do anything for me.

I think a neurologist can actually look at the brain and see activity

which is different from eeg.
